About Our Service
Contract administration is available to clients whose projects were designed and approved through this office. i.e. planning and building permits.
Contract Administration Services include:
- representing clients in all dealings with builders (we are your agent, not positioned halfway between parties)
- full preparation of contract documents (including all internal fitoff selections)
- full tendering
- help with final selection of builder
- negotiation on pricing with selected builder
- checking of all builder’s documentation prior to commencement
- regular site visits/site monitoring/reports to clients
- checking of progress in relation to builder’s schedule
- checking of works in relation to design intent
- receiving and checking progress claims
- receiving and checking variations
- issuing notices, etc.
Contract administration carries right through to Practical Completion and handover.
